The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, once the payment is received.
We ship our products worldwide (Spain 6€; outside Spain - 12€ or free delivery over 100€) via registered mail, providing you with the tracking number.
For orders outside EU additional costs will be charged due to duty and custom charges.
We are not responsible for damages once the order is shipped, however we make sure that items are packed and secured carefully to keep your purchase safe during its journey.
If something isn't right with the items you ordered once you've received it, you have 15 days from the day to send it back to us.
Generated return costs need to be covered by customers (except faulty products). After we approve the return we’ll give you a refund by the same method you used to pay.
The returned items must be in a perfect condition (without stains, unworn, unwashed) with the original labels and sent back in the original packaging.
If the item you received is faulty (e.g. faulty stitching, marked, torn) the exchange is completely free. Simply contact us at
email@example.com - the courier will collect it from you shortly and the product will be replaced with a new one. Bear in mind we don't accept returns for faulty items.
If you want to exchange the product for different size, color or style, you need to make a return and place a new order.
